1. What the service is
HelloAgu is a daily companion for parents of children aged 0 to 3: feeding plan, development, vaccinations, diary and guides. Without an account everything works in the browser, with an account data syncs across family devices.
2. Not a doctor
Feeding plans and reminders are reference information from public sources (WHO, ESPGHAN, AAP), not medical advice. Make decisions about solids, vaccinations and treatment with your child pediatrician.
3. Account
- one email per user, password of 8 characters minimum;
- you are responsible for access to your email and devices;
- share the family invite code only with your own family.
4. Forbidden
- guessing other people codes and entering other families;
- breaking the service, spamming, impersonating others;
- entering other children data without their parents consent.
5. Data
How we store and delete - see the privacy policy. Family data deletion is available to the owner in the sync card.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep plans and reminders accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for decisions made without a doctor.
