Privacy policy

Short version: without an account your data lives only in your browser and goes nowhere. With an account we store on the server only what family sync needs, and we sell nothing.
1. Who we are
Data operator: Чекрыгин Андрей Дмитриевич. Data requests: support+helloagu@ejjjik.com. We reply within 30 days.
2. Without an account (guest)
The child profile, diary, vaccination marks and food tracker are kept only in your browser localStorage on your device. Nothing is sent to the server. Deletion: clear site data in the browser or press “Clear data on this device” in the sync card.
3. With an account
After registration we store on the server:
- email and password hash (we never see the password itself);
- login sessions (which device signed in, expiry);
- family data: child profile, diary, vaccinations, documents, doctor visits, food tracker;
- family invite codes (single use, 7 days TTL).
Why: so the diary and plan stay the same for both parents on every device. Basis: your consent and the service terms.
4. What we never do
- no advertising or analytics cookies, we have none;
- no selling or sharing data with third parties for their purposes;
- emails only carry sign-in and password reset codes.
Strictly necessary records (localStorage, brute-force protection by IP) are required for the service and need no separate consent.
5. Children data
You enter child data as a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect data directly from children and use it only to show your family plan and diary.
6. Retention
- family data - until you delete it;
- sessions - until sign-out or expiry;
- email codes - 30 minutes, invites - 7 days;
- server technical logs - up to 30 days.
7. Your rights
- download a copy: “Download my data” in the sync card;
- delete family data on the server: “Delete family data” (owner only);
- withdraw consent: delete family data and sign out;
- correct or request deletion by email: support+helloagu@ejjjik.com.
8. Changes
If this policy changes substantially, we will note it on the home page. Continued use after changes means consent.
